The PDF looks plain and lost its formatting
That is expected — this is a text converter, not a layout clone. For a faithful copy of a formatted document, use your word processor's own File to Save As PDF (or Download as PDF).
“File is too large” (over 20MB)
The limit is 20MB, which covers almost all text documents. If yours is bigger it usually contains large images; remove or shrink them, or export the PDF from Word directly.
