Is my PDF uploaded to your servers?
Your PDF is temporarily sent to our secure server solely to embed the signature and date stamp. The file is never stored, logged, or retained after the signed PDF is returned and downloaded. Signed PDFs are generated on-demand and discarded immediately.
Can I place my signature on every page at once?
Yes. After placing your signature, click the link icon on the signature toolbar to open the 'Place on' dialog. You can apply it to all pages, all pages except the last, the last page only, or just the current page. Each copy stays linked — repositioning one updates all.
Can I save my signature for future use?
Yes. Every signature you draw, type, or upload is automatically saved locally in your browser (up to 3 signatures). They appear as thumbnails above the creation panel so you can reuse them with a single click — no re-drawing needed.
How do I create a signature without drawing?
Switch to the Type tab in the signature panel, enter your name, and choose from three handwriting-style fonts (Dancing Script, Caveat, or Pacifico). Click 'Create Signature' and your typed text is rendered as a signature image ready to place.
Does the tool work with scanned or image-based PDFs?
Yes. Because the signature is a drawn image that is simply overlaid on the PDF page, this tool works with all types of PDFs — including scanned documents and image-based PDFs — regardless of whether they contain selectable text.
What is the maximum file size supported?
You can sign PDFs up to 20MB in size. If your PDF is larger, use our free Compress PDF tool to reduce the file size before signing.
